Pro Shop Associate

Job Overview
As a Pro Shop Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pro shop within Legacy Water Sports and Marina. You will be a part of a team of staff members that work hard, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Duties
- Maintain inventory levels and stock merchandise
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Monitor and report on sales performance

Skills
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of retail sales practices. Will Train.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Understanding of retail math principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
