Facility & Resort Rental Maintenance
Trout Creek Condominium Association is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Resort Rental Maintenance positions. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available at our scenic, resort-style community in Harbor Springs, Michigan.
Position Overview:
As a member of our maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our rental units and shared resort facilities in excellent condition. This role requires someone who is self-directed, responsible, and comfortable interacting with property owners and vacation renters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in rental units and common areas
- Monitor and maintain pool operations (basic pool knowledge preferred)
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of outdoor and recreational amenities
- Maintain a friendly, helpful presence with owners and guests
- Experience in general maintenance or facility operations
- Pool operation knowledge is a plus (training available if needed)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability for weekend or evening shifts as needed
