November is Native American Heritage Month, and Connecting Women in Business is hosting a panel discussion on November 17 at Odawa Hotel with women leaders of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians.
For the panel discussion, we will be joined by Winnay Wemigwase, LTBB Tribal Chairperson, Terri Thomasma, Raptor Rehabilitation Coordinator - LTBB Natural Resource Department, and Tan-A Hoffman, LTBB Education Director. This is a special and unique opportunity to learn more about the work of the tribe in our area and learn more about its impact on our area.
Registration and networking take place from 11:30 a.m. to noon. The buffet lunch will be available at 11:50 a.m. The panel discussion will begin around 12:20 p.m., and the event will conclude at 1:00 p.m. The cost is $35 for CWIB members and $45 for all others.
