Named for the massive sturgeon once abundant in the Great Lakes, and our August dinner honors that legacy with sturgeon caviar on blini and smoked sturgeon in a chilled gazpacho water as twin centerpieces of the evening. This is the third installment in the Full Moon Dinner Series, a summer-long collection of multi-course dinners at Bay Harbor Golf Club inspired by the rhythms of the season and the moon. An optional sommelier-selected wine pairing package is available to round out the experience.
