Eating for Others: The Lofts at Lumber Square (Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation) at City Park Grill

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, City Park Grill will donate 10% of proceeds to The Lofts at Lumber Square (Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation). This is the fourth in a series of four Eating for Others events sponsored by Wineguys Restaurant Group.

Through the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation, The Lofts at Lumber Square project is helping to bridge the critical workforce housing gap in our community. Designed to serve the “missing middle”—those earning 80% to 120% of Area Median Income—this housing development provides safe, affordable housing for the very people who keep our community running, from healthcare workers to teachers to restaurant staff.
