Join Connecting Women in Business on Tuesday, May 20 for a discussion on a topic that affects all women and is not frequently discussed at work, Perimenopause and Menopause. Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Women’s Health physician, Caitlyn Monks DO, will discuss signs and symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, hormone management, and how exercise and nutrition can impact these hormone changes.
This information will help empower women through the hormone changes associated with perimenopause and beyond. In addition, discussing menopause in the workplace can help women receive support and make necessary adjustments, improving both their well-being and productivity
The luncheon takes place at Stafford’s Perry Hotel. Registration and networking are from 11:30am to noon. Lunch will be served at noon. Program starts at 12:20pm and the event concludes at 1pm. Cost is $35 for Connecting Women in Business members and $45 for all others.
Lunch will be a Sweet Potato & Kale Bowl – Roasted sweet potato, kale, peppers, chickpeas, quinoa, parsley with a lemon tahini dressing. We will be having delicious cake for dessert as we celebrate the upcoming retirement of Diane Hansell from Lite 96.3.
