The Corn Moon dinner is a love letter to the harvest — corn woven through the menu in six imaginative forms, from a tuna ceviche with roasted sweet corn to a smoky elote salad and a lobster corn fritter. As part of the Full Moon Dinner Series, each month's dinner at Bay Harbor Golf Club is designed to feel distinct while remaining part of something larger: a season's worth of evenings gathered around a shared table under the full moon. An optional wine pairing package is available alongside a menu that finishes with an apple galette with caramel — a perfect bridge into fall.
